Ingredients:

20 Green asparagus
3 tbsp olive oil
20 cl vegetable broth
50 g Breadcrumbs
25 g grated Parmesan
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt & pepper

Preparation:

Using a small knife, remove the "scales" on the green asparagus. Cut the stem to remove the firmest part.

Heat a large frying pan over high heat and wait until the Thermo-signal turns completely red before searing your ingredients. Pour in two-thirds of the olive oil, add the asparagus and then salt. Brown the asparagus for 3 minutes, turning them over.

Add the vegetable stock, cover and lower the heat. Let cook for 4 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of the asparagus. Check the cooking, using a knife, pricking with the tip to check the firmness. They should be cooked, slightly crunchy.

Preheat the oven grill to 210°C.

In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, remaining olive oil and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the breadcrumbs on the asparagus. Place the pan in the oven and remove the Ingenio handle. Leave to brown for 3 to 4 minutes depending on your oven.

Serve and enjoy immediately.
