Meet Vandana, Our Chef of the Month!

We're thrilled to announce Vandana as our Chef of the Month! This exciting initiative is part of Tefal's ongoing efforts to empower everyone who has a passion for cooking and a zeal to be creative and innovative with food. Our Chef of the Month contest is designed to celebrate the culinary talents of home cooks and provide a platform for them to share their favorite recipes with our community.

Vandana's Egg Curry Recipe

To celebrate her win, Vandana shared with us her delicious Egg Curry recipe, made using her brand-new Tefal Day by Day Deep Frying Pan. Here's a sneak peek into her recipe:

Making Process:

  1. Heat minimal oil in the Tefal Pan and add jeera.
  2. Add ginger and garlic, followed by chopped onions and tomatoes.
  3. Mix well and add the masalas.
  4. Grind the mixture to a liquid consistency and add it back to the pan.
  5. Add water to increase the curry quantity.
  6. Fry boiled eggs in the Tefal Pan with less ghee.
  7. Add the egg to the curry mixture and mix well.
  8. Finish with a sprinkle of kasuri methi for added flavor.
