There may be several reasons: ● Product is not plugged in ● Product is not switched on ● Water level in the tank is low ● Removable tank is not installed properly ● Product is in 'stand by' mode Check out the reason that is responsible for the issue and correct it.
You should first of all check that it is properly connected to the power supply and it is switched on. In case it is in ‘Stand by’ mode then press the ‘on-off button and wait until it stops flashing.
In case of water leaks check that the water tank is installed correctly and the locking valve is closed properly.
